Short answer: send the output of your Garage, Packager or storage route along a continuous conveyor into the Hub deposit intake. Patch 1.0.3 officially made belt-delivered dust and stone pay as they arrive.
Build a short test route first
- Choose one known load. Use a small amount of dust or stone so the balance change is easy to notice.
- Confirm the source releases material. A vehicle must unload; a Packager or tank must actually place capsules on its outgoing belt.
- Follow every conveyor section. Watch the arrows and look for the first place where the capsule stops or changes direction.
- Finish at the Hub intake. A belt that ends near the building is not the same as a connected receiving route.
- Watch the payment result. Check the intake display and your money. A disappearing capsule by itself does not prove the sale completed.
The intended test load reaches the Hub intake and the payment is credited. No indoor inventory item is required.
Find the first failed stage
| What you see | Check next |
|---|---|
| The vehicle still holds dust | Garage position, unload interaction and receiving setup. |
| The source is full but no capsule appears | Source output direction, power if required, and free output space. |
| Capsules stop on a belt | The first stopped segment, its direction and the connection to the next stage. |
| Material reaches the Hub but money does not change | Installed version, material type and exact receiving point. Preserve a small reproducible test. |
Auto-Packer is not auto-selling
Current player guides use two similar names for different jobs. The Auto-Packer upgrade is reported to create a capsule at your feet when a carried container fills. A placed Packager accepts material and releases capsules to an outgoing route. Neither one completes a sale by itself: the capsule still needs a continuous path to the Hub intake, and the balance change is the proof.
What changed in 1.0.3?
The developer’s 1.0.3 notes say the deposit intake now pays exactly what its screen shows, and that dust and stone arriving by belt are paid as they come in. The 1.0.4 notes list no reversal of that intake change.
Evidence limit: Garage and Packager route details are based on player reports and third-party guides, not an editor-run test. The official patch confirms the intake payment behavior for dust and stone.
